Wojciech Kalinowski has 15 years of experience in advising on capital markets and corporate law.

He has a particular focus on initial and secondary offerings, public trading in securities, and mergers and acquisitions, where he supports clients at all stages of transactions, from conducting due diligence reviews to negotiating the conclusion of agreements. He also advises on all types of alternative investment fund transactions, from structuring AIFs, through fundraising to investing in portfolio companies.

Wojciech has authored numerous articles on issues such as securities trading and the acquisition of public companies in legal press and monographies.
