Gulcin Kashano has more than 17 years’ experience in providing UK immigration advice. Gulcin has significant corporate immigration experience advising organisations of all shapes and sizes on relevant visa categories and implications of UK immigration law on their migrant workforce as well as regularly providing guidance, advice and assistance on sponsor licence compliance issues, right to work checks and an employers obligations and duties as required by the UK authorities.

  • Regularly providing sponsor licence management advice and the immigration considerations on any changes in corporate structures, Mergers & Acquisitions and transfer of employees via TUPE or continuation of employment provisions.
  • Advising corporate clients on Right to Work regulations and requirements, necessary steps to be taken and corrective action.
  • Providing training and advising on reporting requirements under the sponsor licence regime.
  • Advising on and assisting with applications for Sponsor Licences under various categories including UK Expansion Worker, Skilled Worker and Global Business Mobility.
  • Delivering combined immigration advice on the immigration requirements of across various jurisdictions and a global right to work project.
  • Advised and assisted Investors and High Net worth Individuals with their UK immigration needs including assessing their investments and other immigration category options open to them.
