Chris Katsantonis is a trial attorney and registered patent agent who focuses his practice in the area of intellectual property litigation. He has experience with multiple technologies, including biometric, wireless communication protocol, semiconductor, digital camera processing, memory storage, distributed network, battery, and in-vehicle entertainment technologies. His patent litigation practice includes cases before district courts, Section 337 investigations before the U.S. International Trade Commission, and inter partes review proceedings before the U.S. Patent Trial and Appeal Board.
Chris also spent a year on secondment as in-house counsel for Panasonic in Osaka, Japan, where he advised business divisions on IP portfolio and litigation management and strategy, negotiated complex licenses and agreements, and managed U.S. patent assertion disputes.
