About

Ryan Kemrite focuses his practice on artificial intelligence, data analytics, and technology-driven legal matters, drawing on his prior experience as a trial lawyer to help clients address complex technical and business issues.

Ryan's litigation background gives him a practical understanding of how data is collected, analyzed, challenged, and communicated. He uses that perspective to help clients evaluate legal risk, translate technical information into clear business terms, and make informed decisions involving AI and other emerging technologies.

Before practicing law, Ryan worked as a forensic accountant, developing financial models and analyzing complex business and family disputes. This combination of legal, financial, and analytical experience allows him to examine matters from multiple angles and communicate effectively with legal, business, and technical stakeholders.
