Andrew Kim

Andy Kim focuses his practice on domestic and international patent prosecution, patent litigation support, and patent diligence.  Andy helps clients prepare patent applications and develop patent strategies to protect their most important innovations and products.  Andy has represented several of the largest tech companies in the world on patent issues, and has drafted hundreds of patent applications in a wide array of technologies, including computer software and hardware, computer network systems, user interfaces, mechanical devices, and medical devices.  Andy also has significant experience in post-grant proceedings, such as inter partes reexaminations, patent litigation in federal district and appeals courts, ITC investigations, and conducting oral arguments in appeals before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board.
