Neeraj Kirpalani provides economic consulting services to guide multinational companies through the decision-making process related to the pricing of cross-border transactions. He has worked on an array of transfer pricing, valuation, and tax planning projects which arise due to changes in a company's business, restructurings, or as a result of mergers and acquisitions. Neeraj's industry experience covers financial services, real estate, energy, automotive, consumer products, apparel, technology and pharmaceuticals, amongst others.
