Jeremie Klein focuses his practice on all aspects of US customs law, with a particular emphasis on customs valuation and duty savings programs. He regularly advises clients on complex customs valuation issues, including transfer pricing considerations, as well as the design and implementation of duty mitigation strategies. Jeremie also counsels on large supply chain restructurings, ensuring alignment across customs, tax, and operational considerations.
