Jamy Klotzbach

Jamy Klotzbach works with commercial lenders, developers, institutional investors and operators on a variety of complex real estate financing transactions across the United States. His real estate practice involves performing due diligence and drafting and negotiating agreements for joint ventures, intercreditor relationships and the origination and restructuring of construction loans, term loans, and secured credit facilities. He has worked with a variety of asset classes, including hotels, industrial, low-income housing, office, multifamily and retail.
