Spela Korosec focuses on assisting the lawyers in their daily work. She lets them to relay on her for filings within the Luxemburg Business Register, research and analysis related to Luxemburg UBO register and its update as well as the preparation of Board material and coordination for the preparation of annual and extraordinary general meetings. Her role consists of working hand in hand with lawyers, to prepare the documentation to ease their work.
