  • Advising Ansarada, an ASX-listed deal management solutions business, on all aspects of its proposed AUD236 million sale to Datasite via a scheme of arrangement.
  • Advising Humanforce Holdings on its on-market takeover of an ASX-listed company.
  • Advising SPC Global on its reverse merger with ASX-listed The Original Juice Co. and concurrent acquisition of the powdered milk business of Nature One Dairy.

  • Advising Intermediate Capital Group on the acquisition of Cura Day Hospitals Group.
  • Advising Symphony Technology Group (STG Partners) on the potential take-private acquisition of ASX-listed Energy One.
  • Advising Viridian Financial Group Limited, a financial advisory and wealth management firm, on its acquisition by global private equity firm TA Associates.
  • Advising Stantec Inc. (TSX, NYSE: STN) on the acquisition of the North America and Asia Pacific engineering and consulting groups of Cardno Limited.
  • Advising Link Group in connection with the competitive dual-track process initiated by Link in respect of its 44.18% interest in digital property settlements platform PEXA, which concluded with the successful IPO of PEXA and the admission of PEXA to the official list of ASX.
  • Advising Saracen Mineral Holdings Ltd on it’s AUD16 billion scheme of arrangement with Northern Star Resources Limited to create a top-10 global gold company.
  • Advising Spanish utility giant Iberdrola on its AUD893 million takeover of Infigen Energy.
  • Advising POSCO International, a separately-listed trading arm of South Korea's steel group POSCO, with its proposed AUD860 million acquisition of public Australian gas producer Senex Energy.
