  • Advising an international credit fund in relation to its investment as mezzanine lender in a warehouse facility backed by a portfolio of salary advance receivables.
  • Advising Ares Management in its capacity as collateral manager on a warehouse facility and public securitisation issued by Ares European CLO XVI.
  • Advising Einride on a groundbreaking USD300m ABS facility provided by Barclays as senior lender and backed by electric freight receivables originated in seven different countries.
  • Advising Viola Credit in relation to a GBP50m funding of loans originated by MarketFinance Limited under the British Business Bank’s CBILS initiative.
  • Advising Europejski Fundusz Leasingowy S.A.as originator in relation to a securitisation backed by a revolving pool of leases granted to Polish SMEs and larger corporates and arranged by StormHarbour Securities LLP.
