Courtney Kurz
AssociateCourtney Kurz focuses her practice in the area of corporate and commercial litigation. Prior to joining DLA Piper, Courtney worked at a premier Delaware law firm where she represented clients in matters concerning breaches of fiduciary duty, breaches of contract, books and records disputes, appraisal actions and other corporate issues in the Delaware Court of Chancery, Delaware Superior Court and District Court of Delaware.
During law school, Courtney clerked for the Honorable Wendy Beetlestone of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
