Erin Lachaal focuses her practice in the area of corporate law. She represents a broad range of institutional investors in alternative investments, including primary transactions, secondary transactions, and co-investment opportunities. Through this work, Erin regularly assist clients with negotiating a wide range of investment documentation.
Erin received a certificate in Sustainable Capitalism and ESG from Berkeley Law, where she later assisted in teaching the course to business people and lawyers from various backgrounds on issues related to sustainability, environmental and social practices, and corporate governance practices.
