She also has experience working on acquisitions of early stage renewable energy projects.

Rachel has also spent time working in a non-legal consulting role, embedded at Major Road Projects Victoria in the transaction team on the North East Link Program.

  • A large infrastructure company, advising on proposed major subcontracts to a bidding consortium as part of its tender for the Suburban Rail Loop project.
  • A renewable energy contractor, advising in relation to the EPC Contract for a 152MW solar farm with associated BESS of 81MW capacity in New South Wales.
  • A state government entity, providing strategic and transaction services in relation to the procurement a USD10b major road project.*
  • A Global Infrastructure Company, advising on standard positions across key issues and optimising full procurement precedent suite*.
  • A Global Infrastructure Company on a major road project in Western Australia, including preparing draft key subcontracts including construction contracts and supply and services agreements*
  • A waste to energy business on a proposed Waste to Energy facility in Victoria, providing general structuring and key risks advice, assisting in negotiations with contractor, managing the drafting of a detailed term sheet and advising on service provider terms and conditions*.
