  • Representation of Soloviev Group in connection with the disposition of a five (5) building NYC multifamily portfolio on the Upper East Side of Manhattan, which involved assumptions of Freddie Mac financings and seller's preferred equity financing; and the disposition of two apartment buildings in Queens, NY and reverse-1031 acquisitions of two properties in FL.
  • Representation of a multifamily investor in connection with its joint venture investment and financing of US$117 million for its development of condominium and townhome units in California.
  • Representation of a Danish transport and logistics company in securing ground leases and lease purchases for warehouse and logistics facility developments in NJ and Ohio.
  • Representation of Horizon Group in securing a 99-year triple net ground lease for the premises in Chinatown, NYC for development of a new multi-family building.
  • Representation of Champlain Hudson Power Express ("CHPE") in connection with its easements and rights-of-way for the development of a zero-emissions converter station in Astoria, Queens, a key component in CHPE's US$6 billion renewable energy project, involving the construction of a 339-mile power transmission line from the US-Canada border to the converter station that will deliver clean energy to New York City residences and businesses.

Pro Bono

Jennifer's pro bono work focuses on various outreaches that include obtaining discharge upgrades for veterans, obtaining uncontested divorces for low-income individuals and conducting know-your-rights presentations for small business tenants. Jennifer also assists nonprofit organizations with their mortgage loans, development rights transfers and leasing needs.
