  • Acted for Three Hills Capital Partners on its acquisition of a stake in Operam Education, an education resourcing business, via its dedicated impact platform.
  • Acted for Dentsu Group Inc. on its EUR678m acquisition of global marketing production company Tag Worldwide Holdings Ltd from Advent International.
  • Acted for Philip Morris International Inc. on its USD820m acquisition of Fertin Pharma, a Danish nicotine-alternatives provider, from EQT.
  • Acted as co-counsel to Arcus Infrastructure Partners in respect of the preparation of a vendor due diligence report in connection with the sale of Constellation Cold Logistics, a cold storage and transport logistics provider, to EQT.
  • Acted for Pearson Plc on the auction sale of its online education services business to Regent.
