• Assisting a wholly-owned subsidiary of a bank headquarter in Hong Kong in preparing standard templates for loan documents.*
• Representing a major Thai communications corporation in the fifth sale of telecommunications infrastructure assets to the Digital Telecommunications Infrastructure Fund ("DIF"), with DIF financing the asset acquisition through a second capital increase via rights offering.*
• Representing a leading Thai airline in negotiating and restructuring its debts with (i) aircraft finance lessor and operating lessor, (ii) engine maintenance service provider and (ii) navigation system service provider as well as negotiating the engine maintenance service agreement and sale and purchase of used aircraft during its restructuring.*
• Assisting 5 major banks of Thailand on legal advice and drafting documents related to the connectivity between Thailand’s PromptPay system and Singapore’s PayNow system.*
• Assisting one of the largest developer and manager of industrial & logistics properties in Thailand and its group in preparing for compliance with the Thai Personal Data Protection Act.*
