Virginia Lewey focuses her practice on US employee benefits.  She counsels public and private companies on fiduciary obligations under ERISA, and on the design, drafting and operation of qualified retirement plans including 401(k) plans, welfare plans and nonqualified plans, including compliance with ERISA, the ACA and COBRA. 

Frequently Virginia collaborates as benefits counsel on corporate transactions, providing benefits due diligence, drafting representations and covenants and advising on post-transaction employee transition matters.
