Angela Pei Heng Li

Angela assists clients with all aspects of their brand protection needs. She regularly advises companies of all sizes in the technology, consumer products, life sciences, manufacturing, education, and financial sectors. She has considerable experience in trademark clearance and selection, overseeing global trademark portfolios, obtaining registered rights, trademark opposition, cancellation, and licensing. She also counsels clients on domain name disputes, copyright registration and enforcement, advertising issues, and IP due diligence. 

Angela brings an international perspective to her practice of law, having previously practiced as an intellectual property attorney in Canada and worked at an intellectual property law firm in Japan. 

Angela is a native speaker of several Chinese dialects and has working knowledge of Japanese and French. She frequently assists clients from Asia in navigating U.S. trademark protection and litigation landscape. She is also a registered patent attorney admitted to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office.
