Jane Li advises institutional investors in connection with their alternative investments, including investments in private equity, venture, credit, infrastructure, hedge and real estate funds, as well as direct and syndicated co-investments, funds of one, investment management agreements, customized investment vehicles and secondary transactions.  Jane represents a wide variety of clients in the review and negotiation of private fund documentation, always with a focus that is tailored to each investor’s specific needs and concerns.

Jane also has considerable experience representing private equity sponsors in connection with fund formation, regulatory compliance and operational matters prior to joining the firm.
