Andrés has extensive experience in syndicated and direct lending loan transactions, as well as in financing acquisitions and investments by private equity firms. He regularly advises leading financial institutions in their roles as lenders and arrangers. He also has experience in asset-based lending transactions, debtor-in-possession and other restructuring transactions, and cross-border asset acquisitions.
