Ciarán Londra is a Real Estate Partner in Singapore. Ciarán’s practice focusses on assisting Asian based clients with their outbound real estate investments around Asia but also into the Australian, UK, EU and US markets. He is experienced in a broad range of Real Estate matters with a particular emphasis on investment, development, corporate and real estate finance transactions.
EXPERIENCE
- GBP430m first tranche financing for major Chinese developer in relation to 9 Elms, London – the largest development in Western Europe and the largest construction loan of 2021 in UK.
- GBP230m corporate acquisition of 47-50 New Bond Street from an investor from EMEA.
- GBP200m+ PBSA platform deal in UK with plans to convert into a listed REIT on the SGSX.
- Circa GBP40m asset deal for Japanese client in West End of London.
