His clients include companies in a range of sectors including manufacturing, hospitality, digital asset, energy, technology and telecommunications, and retail.


  • Advising Global Power Synergy Public Company Limited on its USD4.1 billion acquisition of Glow Energy Public Company Limited from Engie and the subsequent delisting tender offer. This is the largest M&A in Thailand’s energy sector. The advice included the acquisition, corporate governance, merger control and obtaining merger clearance from the Energy Regulatory Commission.*
  • Representing Maxim’s Caterers Limited in its acquisition of Genki Sushi restaurants in Thailand and became the country’s sole franchisee.*
  • Advising Dusit Overseas Company Limited (Hong Kong) in the acquisition of Elite Havens Group – the leading booking and management service provider for luxury residences and villas in Asia Pacific.*
  • Advising Thai Beverage Plc on its USD4.83 billion acquisition of 53.59% of SABECO in the highest value privatisation in Vietnam.*
  • Advising TSpace Digital in the acquisition of TARAD Dot Com (an e-commerce service provider in Thailand) and Pay Solutions Co., Ltd. (the first e-payment service provider in Thailand).*
  • Advising Country Group Holdings Public Company Limited on the joint venture with Cryptomind Group, in a digital asset platform, digital asset management and advisory services businesses.*
