Henrik Lund-Koefoed

Henrik Lund-Koefoed deals mainly with insolvency law, including administrating bankruptcy estates, restructuring enterprises in distress, handling issues relating to charges and conducting avoidance proceedings before the Danish courts.

In addition to dealing with bankrupt companies, Henrik also deals with personal bankruptcies. Henrik is also engaged in the compulsory dissolution of companies as well as in the liquidation of solvent enterprises.

Moreover, Henrik deals with general issues of commercial law.
