Meredith Lussier is a Senior Associate in DLA's Philadelphia office and is a member of the firm's Data Protection, Privacy and Security practice. Meredith advises companies and multinational organizations on complex and cutting-edge issues related to cybersecurity and data privacy, with a focus on data breach response – including ransomware attacks – and regulatory investigations, including those from state Attorneys General and the Department of Health and Human Services/Office of Civil Rights. Meredith also advises clients on compliance with the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), among other key privacy and security frameworks. Additionally, Meredith helps clients with cyber readiness by preparing and implementing tabletop exercises, cyber playbooks and incident response plans. Her clients span a broad range of industries, including the private equity, technology, communications, energy, healthcare, and automotive sectors.

Meredith earned her juris doctor from Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law where she served as an Associate Editor on the school’s Environmental Law Journal. During law school, Meredith was a Law Clerk to the Honorable Frances H. Stacey of the United States District Court for the Southern District of Texas.

Meredith graduated from Franklin & Marshall College with a degree in Government and Public Policy. She was a member of the F&M Women's Lacrosse team, earning multiple distinctions and a national title.
