Stephanie Lim

Stephanie Lim is a trial attorney who focuses her practice in the area of intellectual property litigation, with a focus on patent litigation. 

She has used her technical background to litigate in patent disputes across a wide array of technologies for clients in the automotive, consumer electronic device, and medical device industries. Her patent litigation practice includes cases before district courts in Texas, California, and Delaware, Section 337 investigations before the U.S. International Trade Commission, and inter partes review proceedings before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board.

Stephanie serves as a member of the Chicago Associates Committee and the co-chair of the Woodlawn Legal Clinic, a monthly clinic hosted by DLA Piper and Legal Aid Chicago, which provides free legal services to residents in the Woodlawn neighborhood of Chicago.
