• Advising a leading major generator on all aspects of its inaugural Climate Statement under the New Zealand XRB's Climate-Related Disclosures framework, including legal review and verification.*
• Advising an Australian energy company on the establishment of one of Australasia's first virtual power plant services programs within a local community area, including preparing relevant documentation and consumer contracting aspects.*
• Advising a Japanese government-backed investment group on the acquisition of an interest in two unincorporated joint ventures holding significant offshore oil and gas assets in Australia.*
• Acting for a Saudi Arabian energy conglomerate on its group restructure in preparation for potential public listing, including advice on implementing corporate steps and obtaining the required authorisations.*
