Christopher maintains an extensive corporate and commercial law practice primarily focused on mergers and acquisitions, banking and debt finance, securities law and capital raising, funds, business formations and internal entity structuring matters, commercial contract advising and general ongoing advising on business law matters.
Christopher regularly assists clients with regional, national and international transactional and other business law matters. An entrepreneur at heart, Christopher understands business dynamics and strives to provide clients with strategic business oriented legal solutions.
Christopher works with a broad set of clients, both public and private, covering a diverse range of industries including, manufacturing, distribution, retail, technology, logistics, e-commerce, banking, alternative lending, real estate development and various medical professional organizations.
Christopher also maintains a wealth management, trust and estate planning practice in which he helps clients with a wide variety of matters, including preparing wills and powers of attorney, assisting with the preparation and implementation of business succession plans, establishing various types of trust structures including discretionary family trusts and implementing tax-driven corporate reorganizations such as estate freezes.
Christopher acquired his J.D. from Queen’s University where he focused on business law and private equity.
