Lauren Manton handles a wide range of complex commercial real estate matters and helps clients solve problems and close deals. She regularly represents investors, operators, developers, banks and life insurance companies in structuring and negotiating real estate acquisitions, sales and financings throughout the US.

Lauren has extensive experience in the hospitality sector, handling the purchase and sale and financing of hotels and resorts. Lauren represents owners and operators on management and franchise agreements, and other specialized issues, for all types of hotel assets. Lauren is known in the hospitality industry for her broad knowledge and for her ability to translate intricate business structures into clear and concise legal documents, and to get transactions closed. She has successfully completed more than two billion dollars of deals for our clients in the hospitality sector alone. Some of the most successful operators in the US regularly rely on Lauren's advice.

Lauren also regularly represents major institutional lenders in multi-state / multi-property mortgage and mezzanine financing transactions (construction, permanent and bridge loans), securitized loans and other forms of real estate financing for office, retail, hotel, multi-family and other asset classes. Lauren also has extensive experience with workouts and deed-in-lieu transactions.

A portion of Lauren’s practice also includes the representation of clients in leasing office, commercial and warehouse space both as Tenants and as Landlords.
