Francesco Manzari

Francesco Manzari is a restructuring lawyer advising mainly investment funds and other financial investors, as well as borrowers and more traditional lenders in financial restructuring and corporate turnaround transactions.

Francesco is qualified in Italy and is a member of the Finance, Projects & Restructuring team of the Milan office. He has a wide ranging practice acting for stakeholders on debt restructuring and rescheduling, distressed M&A and special situations activity, as well as insolvency proceedings. Francesco also assists Italian and foreign financial institutions in relation to the acquisition and disposal, also through tender processes, of single names/portfolios of NPLs, impaired credits unlikely to pay (UTPs) and trading receivables.
