João Marçal Martins


João Marçal Martins focuses his practice on arbitration in ad hoc and institutional proceedings. He represents clients in judicial litigation, domestic and international arbitration, mediation, dispute boards and administrative procedures.

He has broad experience in crisis management, representing clients in civil inquiries, class actions, parliamentary inquiry committees and the negotiation of settlement agreements.

João has advised construction companies and service providers from a variety of industries, including energy, healthcare, technology and oil and gas.
