Juliana Marcondes represents medical technology manufacturers, biotechs, diagnostics manufacturers and distributors of medical products in the pre-litigation consulting services space. She works with cross-disciplinary teams to provide legal services across the life sciences, healthcare and cannabis landscapes.

Juliana is experienced in product liability and product safety. She has defended leading corporations against class action disputes and related regulatory proceedings while anticipating emerging threats, developing effective strategies that respond to the nuances of the matter at hand and remaining mindful of overall business objectives.

Pro Bono

Juliana assisted the International Rehabilitation Centre for Torture (IRCT) in research on the status of remote legal and medico-legal examinations. The research will support the development of guidelines for medico-legal examinations of torture victims.
