  • Advising an Africa-focused multinational agro-chemical group (as Issuer) on a pioneering series of High Yield Bond private placements to a number of Development Finance Institutions and EM-focused Financial Investors.
  • Advising a newly incorporated US acquisition company (as Issuer) in respect of a USD 450 million US-style Private Placement of Bonds.
