Pablo Marín is an associate in the Corporate, Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) and Private Equity department in DLA Piper Spain.

He has over 3 years of experience advising both domestic and international clients on M&A transactions in various sectors.

Pablo also has solid experience in corporate restructurings and structural modifications, including mergers and reorganizations. He has participated in cross-border restructurings, supporting multinational groups in the optimization of their corporate structures.

  • Advised Echelon in creating, together with Iberdrola, a joint venture for the development of a data center platform in Spain.
  • Assisted Bauer Media Group, a leading European media group, in the sale of Acierto.com, a Spanish company specialized in insurance comparison.
  • Supported Gunvor Group, a global leader in independent energy trading, in the acquisition of a 75% stake in Bahía de Bizkaia Electricidad S.L., a 785 MW combined-cycle power plant located in Bilbao, owned by bp.
  • Advised GLP Capital Partners, a global firm specialized in logistics real estate, renewable energy, and data centers, in the sale of three logistics assets located in Valls, Illescas, and Guadalajara to EQT Exeter.
  • Assisted MidEuropa in acquiring a majority stake in FAMAR, a recognized pharmaceutical organization dedicated to contract development and manufacturing (CDMO).
  • Supported Lifestyles US, a company controlled by Linden Capital Partners and specialized in personal wellness and intimate care products, in the acquisition of Tecnilatex (Control).
