Monika Marincic advises and represents clients in all aspects of commercial law, with a focus on negotiating, drafting and review of commercial contracts for the operational business. She particularly assists clients with multijurisdictional product rollouts.
Additionally, Monika has broad experience in managing complex cross-border supply chain disputes and advises clients on defense strategies against product liability claims.
Her clients include national and international companies in a range of sectors including automotive, consumer goods, and life sciences.
