  • Advising on the corporate acquisition and refinancing of Dolphin Square, one of the UK’s largest PRS scheme.
  • Advising an investor on their European data centre expansion including leading cross jurisdictional teams on site acquisition projects in the UK, Germany, Spain and Italy, customer contracts and service agreements including hyperscalers, colocation and enterprise customers.
  • Advising on US public to private corporate acquisition (14 prime properties across UK, France and Germany for EUR1.1billion) for AXA.
  • Advising on the letting and disposal of 6 Bevis Marks for the AXA/Blackrock joint venture for GBP220 million.
