Maria Gabriella Marrone is a Lawyer in the Town Planning group within the Real Estate Department and is based in the Milan office.

She focuses on administrative law, particularly building, urban planning and environmental matters, and provides both judicial and extrajudicial assistance to public and private clients. She supports public entities and operators in assessing the urban and building compliance of projects and developments, as well as in due diligence activities and in proceedings related to urban planning, the issuance of permits and the management of administrative litigation.

Before joining DLA Piper in 2026, Maria Gabriella worked with leading Italian law firms specializing in administrative law.
