She has experience advising clients across a range of sectors, including technology, telecommunications, automotive, energy, and consumer products, on high-value transactions and strategic tax considerations.

Prenisha holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Business Law (Tax major) from the University of KwaZulu-Natal and is admitted as an Attorney of the High Court of South Africa.
