    EXPERIENCE

    • Advise and assist major local and international clients with the establishment of business entities in UAE mainland and across all major free zones in the UAE.
    • Advise multinational companies in establishing entities in UAE mainland and advising in respect of the UAE laws and regulations, share acquisitions/transfers, dissolution, appointment or revocation of appointment of officers and other corporate secretarial matters.
    • Preparation of all documents required for establishing entities in UAE mainland, share acquisitions/transfers, dissolution and appointment or revocation of appointment of officers.
    • Advise multinational companies in establishing entities in all major free zones in the UAE and advising in respect of the free zone regulations, share acquisitions/transfers, dissolution, appointment or revocation of appointment of officers and other corporate secretarial matters.
    • Preparation of all documentation required for establishing entities in UAE free zones, share acquisitions/transfers, dissolution and appointment or revocation of appointment of officers.
    • Assist with the attestation of documents with the government authorities across the UAE and the various free zones.
    • Assist with notarisation of documents at the UAE notary public and other attestations and legalisation processes across the UAE and GCC.
    • Providing corporate secretarial services for several local and international companies (to name a few (subject to Confidentiality obligation): Verizon, LinkedIn, Securax Tech Solutions, US Soybean Export Council, Danube, Vodafone).
