Lucas is a lawyer graduated from the Universidad Católica Argentina. Also, he is certified in Transactional Skills for Global Legal Practice at the Fordham University in New York City (2016).
He focuses his legal practice on M&A and Corporate Law providing full corporate consulting, to national and foreign clients, in particular related to restructurings and spin-offs, mergers and acquisitions, due diligence audits, advisory on corporate dispute resolution, and shareholders agreements. He advises clients on local and international business and cross-border mergers and acquisitions.
He is experienced in several sectors such as insurance, consumer goods, food and beverages, agriculture and automotive.
Lucas has broad experience advising foreign investors in the establishment of subsidiaries and start-ups in Argentina.
He has thrived into probono activities related to helping rural schools and education contract matters.
