Molly McBride focuses her practice in the area of transactional tax.

Molly assists in a wide array of domestic and international tax matters for corporations, partnerships, and individuals. Such matters include advising clients on issues related to tax planning, mergers and acquisitions, private investment funds, collateralized loan obligations and financing transactions.

She has experience in structuring mergers and acquisitions of public and private companies, as well as drafting tax provisions in both stock and asset purchase agreements, LLC and partnership agreements, and credit agreements, among others.
