Ryan McCuaig is an associate in the Litigation and Regulatory team at DLA Piper, with a particular focus on complex commercial disputes involving court and alternative dispute resolution (ADR). He regularly represents clients in the Scottish Sheriff Courts, the Court of Session and the English High Court alongside Counsel.

Ryan advises clients across a range of sectors, including Financial Services, Energy and Natural Resources, Infrastructure, Construction and Transport, Media, Sport and Entertainment and the Public sector.

Outside of private practice, Ryan is trustee of a UK social mobility charity. He has been advocating for social mobility in the legal profession since his time at university and previously featured in the Law Society of Scotland's "One Profession, Many Journeys" diversity campaign alongside the then Law Society of Scotland President.

Ryan is dual qualified in Scotland and England and Wales.
