• Represented an institutional property owner in the development of a plan for the sale of a San Francisco urban site for high-rise condominium uses, including entitlements work, design of bid process, selection of developer and negotiation of land sale agreement, including provisions for revenue-sharing upon sale of residential units
• Represented a land development group in the acquisition of a 3,300 acre site in Northern California, supervision of entitlements process for 4,000 senior housing units and a commercial center and negotiation of an option with a national builder for the land sale
• Represented a public homebuilder in the sale of a 50 percent interest in the land inventory of a California operating division to an institutional investor
• Represented the developer in the acquisition and development of a complex coastline project for mixed uses, including the formation of a Community Services District to operate a private desalinization facility
• Represented a hotel operator in the acquisition, financing and disposition of hotel properties throughout Northern California and in the disposition of a portfolio of properties in complex exchange transactions for syndicated partnerships
• Represented public and private residential builders in acquisition and redevelopment of various urban in-fill sites, development of large tract home development sites all over Northern California and master development projects for mixed use "new city" developments, and in financing such projects through equity, debt and public financing vehicles
