Joshua McGeorge

Joshua McGeorge focuses his practice on US and foreign patent prosecution as well as the management of global IP portfolios for medium and large companies. His technological background includes knowledge of power systems engineering, computer software and hardware, cloud computing technology, semiconductor devices, and mechanical systems.

Joshua works with the USPTO to secure patents domestically for clients and collaborates with foreign counsel to secure patents across the world, including in Australia, China, Germany, India, Japan, and Korea. Joshua also has experience conducting oral arguments in appeals before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board and experience drafting new patent applications related to a wide range of technologies.
