  • Advising an international entertainments company in the negotiation of a variety of their commercial contracts such as, framework, SaaS, sponsorship and supply of goods agreements, including in relation to the organisation's offensive and defensive cyber security management services.
  • Assisting a global bank on the outsourcing of construction project management services for their international real estate portfolio.
  • Advising a housing provider on its digital transformation agenda, including with regard to critical business functions such as payment processing.
  • Advising an investment management firm on its strategic intra-group arrangements for support and corporate administration relating to their information systems, finance, business operations and internal auditing.
  • Advising an international technology company with the first generation outsourcing of its key finance, HR and consultancy functions across its global business.
  • Supporting an international bank in developing an internal framework to assist in determining if the bank’s strategic technology and sourcing mandates align with the scope of the EU AI Act.
