Ramona McQueen focuses her practice on litigation. She is a member of eXplore: DLA Piper's eDiscovery Resource Center. Ramona has managed large scale document reviews and contract attorney teams, and she has significant eDiscovery experience in the oil and gas, financial services, pharmaceutical and healthcare industries as well as experience with government investigations. Ramona has extensive experience with Relativity and other eDiscovery tools, including analytical tools and technology-assisted review.

- Assisted an international healthcare services company on issues relating to eDiscovery in a litigation matter involving thousands of claimants in multiple state and federal actions
- Assisted an international drilling company on issues relating to eDiscovery in a multi-billion dollar rig explosion and fire case involving thousands of claimants in a multi-district litigation matter, including managing contract attorney teams responsible for deposition document review preparation for over 150 fact witnesses and vetting of over 75 expert witness reports and related matters
- Reviewed and examined service agreements, lease agreements, insurance agreements and vendor contracts in numerous asset acquisition transactions
