Marina Mekheil advises clients on US customs law and import compliance, including tariff classification, country of origin, valuation, duty preference programs, and trade enforcement matters. She has experience leading responses to CBP enforcement actions, managing prior disclosures, and representing clients in penalty proceedings and protest and ruling request filings.

Prior to private practice, Marina served as an Attorney-Advisor at US Customs and Border Protection, Regulations and Rulings, where she advised on advanced rulings and customs law.
