Signe Melhedegård Hansen deals mainly with insolvency law, including the administration of bankrupt estates, reconstruction of enterprises in distress as well as dealing with issues relating to charges and avoidance proceedings.
Signe is engaged in the administration of individual bankrupt estates and compulsory dissolution of companies, and has extensive experience in administering large bankrupt estates, including bankrupt estates of large groups. Signe focuses particularly on the sale and management of align properties of bankrupt estates, including the handling of lease-law issues.
In addition, Signe is engaged in the liquidation of solvent enterprises, including general issues of commercial law.
During the period 2012-2015, she lectured at the University of Copenhagen in the subject Security interests and creditors’ rights.
