  • Advising and drafting of a landmark new bill, establishing a social internet tariff for a Portuguese speaking country in Africa.
  • Assisting national and international clients in drafting commercial and technology contracts, including outsourcing and software license agreements, cloud computing (IaaS, PaaS and SaaS), agency, franchising, distribution and product and service supply.
  • Assisting national and international clients in e-commerce and internet law matters, as well as drafting and implementation of websites policies and procedures aiming to comply with European and Portuguese laws and regulations.
