Justin Michael focuses his practice on capital markets and equity derivatives. He has experience in a broad range of finance and derivative transactions and has advised clients on a variety of financial products, including convertible and exchangeable note transactions and associated derivative transactions, tangible equity and equity unit transactions, convertible preferred transactions, registered share forward transactions, variable prepaid forward transactions, accelerated share repurchase programs, equity and debt total return swaps, tax structured products, and other derivative products, as well as International Swaps and Derivatives Association (ISDA) matters.
